How to Order:

Step 2: Email your pet's picture(s) to hello@tootiepets.com along with your order number.

Photo Guidelines: 
Your pet's photo is the heart of your custom rug, so it's essential to follow these guidelines to ensure the best possible result: 

1. Lighting: Choose a well-lit space or take your photos in natural light. Avoid shadows to keep your pet's features sharp and clear.

2. Pose: Snap your photo at your pet's eye level.

Portrait Shots: Ensure the entire face and neck are visible, with your pet looking directly into the camera.

Full Body Shots: Ensure the entire body, including the tail and paws, is visible. A clean background works best.

3. Photo Quality: High-resolution, sharp images are key. Close-up photos work best so we can capture your pet's unique details. For the best results, think of the photo like a passport picture for your pet—clear, crisp, front-facing, and centered, with a clean background.

Product Care Instructions:
1. For regular maintenance, gently pat the rug face down to remove dust or vacuum it frequently. 
2. For spot cleaning, use a soft brush with a mild cleaner or simply wipe the surface with a damp cloth.
3. When rinsing, use water at a temperature below 40°C. Allow the rug to air dry naturally. Avoid tumble drying, bleaching, or ironing.
